Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Paraportal.
By accessing or using Paraportal (the "Service"), operated by Paraportal Oy ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
Paraportal is a dropzone management platform that provides tools for skydiving operations, including load manifesting, customer management, reservations, online bookings, and financial tracking. The Service is available as a web application and may also be accessed via mobile devices.
You may need to create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to use the Service only for its intended purposes and in compliance with applicable laws. You may not misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, or interfere with other users' use of the Service.
Certain features of the Service may require payment. All fees are stated in euros and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated. Payments processed through the Service (e.g., online bookings, balance top-ups) are subject to the terms of the relevant payment provider. Refund policies are determined by the dropzone operator.
All content, trademarks, and technology comprising the Service are the property of Paraportal Oy or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paraportal Oy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Helsinki, Finland.
